Terms of use

A document of the Rieltly service, an app for real estate agents. Last updated: 30 October 2026.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Ukrainian version prevails.

1. The service

Rieltly is an app for real estate agents and small agencies: tracking listings, portal placements and advertising costs, clients, viewings, deals, and public listing pages (mini-sites) with an inquiry form. The service is provided by sole proprietor (FOP) Arsen Memetov ("we"). By using the app you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

Rieltly only keeps records. The app does not publish listings on portals, does not accept payments from your clients, does not transfer money and does not hold deposits.

2. The agent's responsibility

The agent is solely responsible for the data of clients and property owners they enter into the service and for having their consent to its processing. For this data the agent is the controller, and we process it on their behalf.

The agent is responsible for the content of the listings they publish on mini-sites: for the right to post the photos and descriptions, for the accuracy of the price, parameters and address, and for the owner's consent to publication. Do not publish other people's photos without permission, the exact address without the owner's consent, or misleading or discriminatory listings. Do not use the service for spam, illegal content or access to other people's data.

The agent is responsible for the correctness of the placements, dates, costs, deal amounts and commissions they enter. A reminder that a placement is ending is a hint, not a guarantee: placement dates on a portal are set by the portal.

3. Subscription and trial

Rieltly works by subscription only; there is no free plan. The Solo plan comes as "Month" and "Year". Every new account gets 14 days free; after that a subscription is required.

  • Subscriptions are purchased, paid for, renewed and cancelled through the App Store or Google Play under the store's rules. We do not receive your card data.
  • The subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
  • Indicative prices (month / year, including VAT where applicable): Google Play — 499 ₴ / 3 990 ₴; App Store — $10.99 / $99.99 (the App Store bills in US dollars in Ukraine). In other countries — the local currency equivalent set by the store. The final price and currency are those the store shows before purchase.
  • Refunds are handled by the store under its own rules.
  • One store subscription applies to one Rieltly account.
  • We verify purchases directly with Apple and Google servers.

4. When the subscription ends

Your data is kept. The app is read-only: to change anything you need to renew the subscription. Your listing mini-sites keep working for 14 days after the subscription ends, so the links you have already sent to clients don't break; after that the page shows "Listing unavailable" without mentioning the subscription. Mini-site inquiries keep arriving as usual during that time. Support, notification settings and account deletion are available without a subscription.

5. Mini-sites

A listing page on the rieltly.com domain is public and available to anyone with the link or QR code; search engines may index it. You turn the page on and off in the listing card; archiving the listing makes the page unavailable immediately. At the bottom of the page there is a "Made with Rieltly" note linking to our website.

We may remove a page or part of it if we receive a substantiated complaint about a violation of someone else's rights or the law, and we will notify you. We do not guarantee that a link will work after the account is deleted or after the periods in section 4 have passed.

6. Demo mode

If the sign-in screen has a "Look around without signing up" button, it opens a temporary account with sample listings for 24 hours. Demo data is fictional and can be changed. Mini-sites of demo listings are not publicly available. When the demo ends, the account is deleted automatically. Demo data cannot be moved to your account.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and, to the extent permitted by law, are not liable for losses caused by outages, lost income, failed deals, missed placement dates or errors in data entered by the user. Push notifications and mini-site delivery depend on third-party services and may be delayed. Real estate portals are third-party services with their own rules; we are not responsible for their actions, prices or listing blocks. The service is not legal, financial or valuation advice.

8. Account

You can delete your account at any time: instructions. Deleting the account does not cancel the store subscription; cancel it separately. We may restrict access in case of a breach of these terms.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, with the revision date at the top.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. We try to resolve all disputes through negotiation: write to support@rieltly.com. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is resolved in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.
