How to delete your account

A document of the Rieltly service, an app for real estate agents. Last updated: 30 October 2026.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy the Ukrainian version prevails.

Option 1. In the app

  1. Open Settings — the icon at the top of the main screen.
  2. In the "Account" section choose "Delete account".
  3. Confirm: enter your password or, if you sign in with Apple or Google, the word «delete».
  4. Tap «Delete account permanently».

An internet connection is required. A subscription is not.

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, otherwise the store will keep charging you.

If your agency has other users, first hand the agency over to them or remove them — the last owner of an agency cannot delete the account while anyone else is in the agency.

Option 2. By email

Send an email to support@rieltly.com from the address the account is registered with.

What is deleted

Everything: profile, agency, listings with photos, placements and costs, clients and owners, viewings, deals, mini-site inquiries, notes, support requests with attachments, devices for push notifications. Mini-sites of all your listings stop opening immediately — the links and QR codes you have handed out will no longer work. If you signed in with Apple, we revoke Rieltly's access to your Apple ID.

Timing

In the app, the account, data and files are deleted immediately once you confirm deletion. Photos may remain in the Cloudflare cache under old links for up to 30 days, after which they disappear for good. Email requests are fulfilled within 30 days.

What remains

  • App Store or Google Play subscription purchase records (purchase identifier, status and dates) without a link to the account. Records of ended subscriptions are deleted 180 days after the last change.
  • A service record of the deletion: the date and an irreversible hash of the identifier, without email or name.
  • De-identified Firebase Analytics events, without name, email, addresses or client data.
  • Encrypted database backups, from which deleted data disappears within 30 days at the latest.

Demo account

The demo is deleted automatically after 24 hours. To delete it earlier, open Settings and in the "Account" section tap "Exit demo".
